About Julia Vakulenko
By education I am a computer engineer. And part of
my work experience is having done financial planning
in the Northern Virginia, Washington DC area. In my
native Ukraine I worked as a systems analyst for the
Dept. of Health in the city of Zaporozhye.
I realized that what I enjoy the most is working with
people rather than working with computers and programming
languages. Thus, I became a real estate agent in Tampa.
My financial planning experience came in handy and I
use my computer skills now for research: to help my
clients on other needs they may have outside of real
estate.
In this site you will find information about Tampa,
buying and selling real estate, relocation, school information
and various tips for both home sellers and home buyers.
You will be able to view all properties currently listed
with the Mid Florida Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
- that's every home in the Tampa area that have been
listed for sale by a real estate agent. I can help you
to purchase any of them even if they were listed by

Here
is a bit about my background; I have been a Tampa Bay resident
since 1968 , attended USF and obtained my Real Estate license
in 1991.I have lived and sold properties throughout the greater
Tampa area for the past 18 years and have an extensive working
knowledge of the ever changing Real Estate market in this
beautiful slice of paradise we call home.
Up until 2007 I also taught Real Estate licensing law courses
for the State of Florida and I am a stickler for not only
doing a job well but also performing all real Estate transactions
